Hi, we’re Linda and Gary of Bonza Bins. Our friends and customers will tell you first – we serve the Southern Suburbs because we love the area. We live here, we work here, and we want to serve our own community.
If we’re being honest, there’s more to our local service than the fact that we enjoy the place. When you take a look at what’s really needed with a skip bin hire, you realise it’s hard to deliver it whilst operating a large company over a large area.
Fast delivery and prompt pickup: Keeping our clients close gets us there quick. Tough to do across town with traffic the way it is nowadays!
Wide range of bins always in stock: We make sure to keep our bins in stock, to make sure you don’t have to settle for less or more than you need.
Advice (What size bin? Where should I set it down? Can you take what I’ve got? etc.): Quite difficult to manage through a busy call center. We find we’re better off serving areas we know and keeping volume to a level where we can spend that time giving advice.
Attention to Detail: Ever had your skip company miss something on pickup? Set the bin down on your garden, or (we hope not!) the neighbour’s garden? We never want to do that – and we want to be easy to get ahold of in case anything does crop up.
Repeat Business: A good lasting relationship makes things easier and more pleasant for all involved.
